Product Operations Lead

Are you ready to take the reins as a Product Operations Lead at Internset? In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of shaping and orchestrating the seamless execution of our product development endeavors. Collaborating closely with multifaceted teams spanning Product Management, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Customer Support, your role will revolve around streamlining processes, elevating product quality, and instigating a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with leadership to define and instill operational rigor and cadence within the Product Organization, crafting effective work processes that optimize efficiency.
2. Assume the mantle of end-to-end project management for our product development initiatives. This involves delineating clear goals, establishing timelines, and defining deliverables. You will closely liaise with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other leaders to construct comprehensive project plans, monitor progress, and preemptively address roadblocks, ensuring projects stay on course.
3. Act as a vital bridge between various teams, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration. Your role entails aligning stakeholder expectations, ensuring everyone shares a common understanding of project requirements, and resolving interdepartmental dependencies with finesse.
4. Conduct a continuous assessment of our product development processes, identifying areas ripe for improvement. Implement best practices and streamline workflows, enhancing overall efficiency and reducing time-to-market.
5. Stay attuned to industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices relevant to product development and project management. Apply this newfound knowledge to empower our teams, enhancing their performance and igniting innovation across the organization.

Requirements:

1. Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in roles associated with operations, project management, or similar, ideally within a high-scale production environment. A stellar track record of deftly coordinating and managing complex projects is non-negotiable.
2. Showcase strong leadership acumen, capable of inspiring and guiding cross-functional teams to achieve their zenith.
3. Exhibit exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, adept at collaborating effectively with diverse teams, even across different offices.
4. Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, skillfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Embrace innovation and hold a profound fascination for the gig economy and online marketplaces.
6. Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
