Responsibilities:

1. Identify and engage with potential business partners to build strong and mutually beneficial relationships.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling partnership proposals aligned with Internset's goals and objectives.
3. Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring all parties' interests are addressed.
4. Develop and implement strategies to expand Internset's network of partner organizations.
5. Provide ongoing support to existing partners, addressing inquiries and fostering long-term partnerships.
6. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.
7. Represent Internset at industry events and conferences to promote our services and cultivate new partnerships.
8. Work closely with the marketing team to create partnership-related promotional materials and campaigns.
9. Track and report on key performance metrics related to business partnerships.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
2. Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management.
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
4. Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
5. Ability to work independently in a remote work environment, demonstrating self-motivation and adaptability.
6. Experience in the education or HR industry is a plus.
