Role Overview:

As a remote Customer Success Manager for Internset Campus, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our partner educational institutions. Your expertise will be crucial in helping campuses leverage our platform to its maximum potential, fostering engagement and positive outcomes.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and nurture strong relationships with partner campuses, understanding their unique needs and goals.
2. Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth onboarding and training processes for clients.
3. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client experience, drive engagement, and deliver value.
4. Address client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions promptly.
5. Analyze data to track client performance and prepare insightful progress reports.
6. Offer strategic guidance to campuses, acting as a trusted advisor in optimizing their use of Internset.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
2. Demonstrated success in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen focus on customer satisfaction.
5. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic remote work environment.
6. Tech-savvy, quick to grasp new systems and tools.
