Role Overview:

As a remote Paid Acquisition Specialist at Internset Skillchain, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our learner base through data-driven paid campaigns. Your expertise in performance marketing, coupled with your ability to navigate digital landscapes, will help us reach and engage a wider audience.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute paid acquisition strategies across various digital channels to maximize learner acquisition and engagement.
2. Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to inform campaign optimization.
3. Manage and optimize paid campaigns, including Google Ads, social media platforms, and other relevant channels.
4. Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging ad copy and creative assets.
5. Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
6. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in paid acquisition.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in managing and optimizing paid campaigns, preferably in an educational or skill development context.
3. Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant ad platforms.
4. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data to drive informed decisions.
5. Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams and convey complex information concisely.
6. Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize engaging ad content.
7. Remote work experience and proficiency in remote collaboration tools.
