Product Analyst

Role Overview:

As a Remote Product Analyst at Internset, you will be responsible for analyzing user behavior, gathering insights, and providing data-driven recommendations to improve our platform's performance and user experience. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, track key metrics, and support data-informed decision-making.

Responsibilities:

1. Collect, analyze, and interpret data to understand user behavior and product usage patterns.
2. Collaborate with Product Managers to define metrics and set goals for product features.
3. Utilize analytics tools to generate reports and dashboards for performance tracking.
4. Identify opportunities for improving user experience and engagement based on data insights.
5. Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize product features and UI/UX.
6. Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to product analytics.
8. Work closely with engineering and design teams to implement tracking and data collection.
9. Participate in the continuous improvement of data analysis processes and tools.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Product Analyst or similar role, preferably in a remote capacity.
3. Proficiency in using data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau).
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
5. Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
6. Excellent communication skills to present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
7. Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
8. Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and user-centric thinking is a plus.
9. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
10. Self-motivated and proactive in seeking opportunities to drive improvements.
