Retention Marketing Manager - Temporary Position

Role Overview:

As a Remote Retention Marketing Manager at Internset, you will lead our efforts in developing and executing retention strategies that foster strong customer relationships. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to create impactful communication campaigns that enhance user experience and drive continued engagement.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement data-driven retention marketing strategies to enhance customer loyalty.
2. Collaborate with teams to design personalized customer communication journeys.
3. Utilize segmentation and behavioral analysis to tailor messaging and promotions.
4. Create and optimize email campaigns, newsletters, and other engagement channels.
5. Monitor key retention metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.
6. Work with the Product team to enhance user experience and reduce churn.
7. Utilize marketing automation tools for efficient campaign execution.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Retention Marketing Manager, preferably in a remote capacity.
3. Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
4. Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and derive insights.
5. Excellent written communication skills for crafting compelling messaging.
6. Collaborative mindset and ability to work across departments.
7. Strong project management skills and deadline orientation.
8. Self-motivated with high accountability in a remote work environment.
