Senior Brand Designer - Internset Campus

Responsibilities:

1. Design top-notch web brand experiences in various assets, including landing pages, emails, banners, and events.
2. Create branded print assets for both internal and external events, ensuring consistency and excellence in design.
3. Construct creative concepts and effectively communicate them in a clear and compelling manner.
4. Take full ownership of projects from conception to execution, overseeing brand identity, UX/UI design, and digital assets.
5. Collaborate closely with other stakeholders to gather information, understand end goals, and strategize visual communication approaches effectively.

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of experience in a professional design environment, demonstrating a strong portfolio of past projects.
2. Excellent branding and visual language creating skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
3. Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe Creative Suite applications.
4. Artistic and detail-oriented approach to design, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
5. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
6. Curious, self-motivated, and eager to learn, with a knack for out-of-the-box, conceptual thinking.
7. Motion and After Effects experience is considered a plus, but not required.
